Oh... My... God...

I literally died, when I saw Rachel Zoe's newest business venture, her jewelry line.  

After being devoted to her Bravo series, I became almost as equally obsessed with her personal jewelry collection as I was about the Taylor/ Brad/ Jeremiah drama.  She is so organized with all her accessories but she seems to be particularly proud of her jewels.  And rightfully so, she has enough pieces to open her own store or two... or three.

Rachel's line is available at Neiman Marcus and the prices range from $140- $650.  The pieces are gold with green, black and red accents with of coarse, some added bling.

I love all the tassels in her collection.  If I were to buy any of these pieces, I think I would be the most drown to those in particular.

My Newest JewelMint

I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while.  The hubby and I went out on a much needed vacation.  We spent the past week on Tybee Island!  As soon as I get those pictures uploaded I will be sure to post them and tell you more about our trip!

The day before we left I received my second JewelMint piece!  Once again!  I am so happy with my purchase.  When I was trying to pick out which piece to get this month, I went through my personal collection and noticed that I have been buying a lot more gold than I have silver for quite some time.  I decided, I need to add some silver pieces to my life. 

Enter, the Gabrielle Earrings!  I love the southwest influence they have with out being over the top.

As you can read below, the earrings were named after the one millionth fan on Facebook.  How neat it that?  What a fun story!

These earrings are gorgeous and I can't wait to wear them and show y'all what they look like!

Short in the Front...

Today has been a relaxing day!  Thankful for that!  I finally have a night when I'm not running after work to meet friends or working out and running errands.  I can finally dig back into that Catching Fire book I've been meaning to finish.  

I might have laundry hanging up drying around the house, but at least I go some things crossed off that good ol' to do list.

If you are ever in the Dallas area, you have to check out the VINTAGE MOBILE!  My little sister and I went exploring for my some fun vintage finds and was completely satisfied when we ran across the green school bus.

TGIF!  This was a long week, do you agree?  I feel like I am still trying to catch up on sleep after the NYC trip!  

I love to mix prints so that's I picked out this outfit this morning.  I can't get enough of stripes and animal print!

Princess Inspired

This morning, while I was staring at my closet I must have subconsciously thought back to a photo I posted on here yesterday.

This dress reminds me of Princess Katherine Middleton.  She has such a way of showing off her waive figure without showing much at all.  I don't resemble Kate, except for the fact that I too have brunette hair, but this dress reminds me of her style.   

I bought this dress last spring from Anthropologie.  The necklace is also from Anthro, but I found an Etsy site that makes some similar styles.  They even include a single strand version of the accessory.  

When accessorizing my outfits I like to have a POC (pop of color) and I try to remember the color wheel.  Try styling your outfits with opposite colors, it's unexpected!
